Restaurant ManagerOur Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team, delivering great guest experiences and operational excellence. They help to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws.Responsibilities Include:Ability to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team membersLeading team meetingsDelivering training to restaurant team membersEnsuring brand standards, recipes and systems are executedCreating and maintaining a guest focused culture in the restaurantReviewing guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvementCommunicating restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team membersExecuting new product roll-outs including training, marketing and samplingMaintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable lawsControlling costs to help maximize profitabilityCompleting inventory on a periodic basis as determined by FranchiseeCompleting weekly labor schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standardsEnsuring restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee Manages cash over / short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchisee's cash management policiesEngaging with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriateRecruiting, hiring, onboarding and developing restaurant team membersPlanning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing employee performanceCoaching restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfactionWe Offer:Base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 annuallyBonus Program -- paid monthlyMedical, dental and vision insurancePaid time offGrowth and developmentEducation/Experience:Basic computer skillsBasic math and financial managementPrevious management experience in retail, restaurant or hospitalitySome college preferredKey CompetenciesStrong analytical skills and business acumenWorks well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude.
