Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month required. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description Select Medical prioritizes patient safety and employee safety in all aspects of care. As an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring both patient and employee safety while providing high-quality therapeutic services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on progressing patients towards discharge. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address barriers to discharge. Effectively manage individual and group treatment sessions. Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Participate in student training and supervision as required. Engage in professional development and advocacy efforts. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS Certification required prior to first shift. Valid, current state license as a Physical Therapist.
