This position offers a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing Cardiopulmonary Services as per protocols approved by the medical staff and department policy. This role involves delivering timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatients and outpatients.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
• Manage airways and ventilators.
• Perform insertion of arterial lines and intubations.
• Conduct pulmonary function studies and cardiac/pulmonary stress tests.
• Perform blood gas analysis.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have NBRC RRT or CRT certification.
• Must possess an Ohio RT license.
• ACLS & BLS certifications required (must be through the American Heart Association).

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
