Human Resources Business Partner

A credit hedge fund with $10 billion in assets under management is looking to hire an HRBP for their Charlotte office. Role and Responsibilities A successful candidate will have experience with recruiting and compensation. The role will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner, providing support to a growing business unit. The candidate will need to establish collaborative working relationships with business managers across multiple offices. Strong data management skills are critical to this individual’s success and a successful candidate will have the ability to organize, present, and analyze data to draw conclusions. Specific responsibilities will include General HR Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Direct Lending business Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource matters, including recruiting, compensation, performance review, employee relations, employee engagement and learning & development Assist in designing and administering an effective performance review process and in writing messages for performance reviews and employee conversations Work closely with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning Recruiting Manage recruiting process for investment roles at all levels including designing customized interview processes Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience in HR generalist/business partnership seats Demonstrated track record of recruiting success #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
