SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), CNAs, and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) who are passionate about providing high-quality in-home care. Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and companionship
- Medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Provide compassionate senior care and home health support
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Direct Support Professional preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or senior care is a plus
