Assembly | Production Line Worker

Location: Magnolia, TX Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly | Production Line Workers to join a manufacturing team in Magnolia, TX. This position is responsible for assembling products and components, supporting production line operations, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble parts, components, and finished products according to work instructions. Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment. Use basic hand tools and production equipment as needed. Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and defects. Package, label, and prepare finished products as required. Maintain daily production goals while following safety and quality standards. Keep workstations clean and organized. Report damaged materials, defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervision. Requirements: Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
