Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Interim Senior HR Generalist to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and can confidently manage a wide range of HR functions—from employee relations and compliance to benefits, payroll support, and HR systems. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with leadership while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization. *This is an interim position to help cover a leave of absence. Dates of assignment will be mid-July 2026 through mid-January 2027. Dates to be finalized. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support managers with performance management, discipline, and employee relations matters Lead investigations, employee relations issues, and workplace concerns Benefits, Payroll & HR Systems Oversee benefits administration including enrollments, open enrollment, and qualifying events Serve as a resource for payroll, HRMS, and benefits-related inquiries Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting Employee Experience & Engagement Support onboarding and offboarding processes Participate in recruitment efforts, interviews, and candidate experience Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, committees, and events Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture Risk, Safety & Leave Management Manage workers’ compensation claims and unemployment processes Ensure OSHA tracking and reporting compliance Interpret and administer FMLA, ADA, and leave programs Technology & IT Support (as needed) Assist with HR-related systems, equipment coordination, and employee tech support Partner with vendors on system improvements and troubleshooting Benefits Competitive salary Mileage reimbursement Excellent PTO program (up to 136 hours in first year) Every Friday is payday!
