- Esperienza nel customer service

- Da 1.462 a 1.562 al mese + bonus
- Formazione retribuita, crescita interna

Italian-Speaking Airline Customer Support Agent Malta
Location: Malta | Full-time, Indefinite
️ Languages: Italian (C2) & English (C1)
Hours: 40/week, shift-based between 07:0019:00 (MonSun)
Join a vibrant airline contact center and support customers with bookings, cancellations, and travel inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with flight reservations & customer issues
- Deliver friendly, professional support across channels
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Customer service experience
- Typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Tech-savvy & team-oriented
- From 1,4621,562/month + bonuses
