Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own space. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients using virtual communication tools.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques to engage clients, including audio and video messaging, goal tracking, and interactive worksheets.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state laws and clinic protocols.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and follow-ups to monitor client progress and make amendments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs offered by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LPCCs work with a varied client base experiencing a range of mental health concerns. The common issues addressed include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight management, and grief. You will have the opportunity to choose clients that align with your expertise and passions, enabling you to practice in areas that resonate with you.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Acurrent, independent LPCC license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and appropriate technology: a functional computer or laptop (tablets are not permitted) that meets telehealth requirements.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in a similar role, ensuring familiarity with telehealth dynamics.
• Experience using electronic health records and telehealth platforms effectively to manage client interactions and documentation.
• Prior involvement in a team-oriented environment that supports collaborative treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
