Point32Health is seeking a skilled People Data Analyst to join our HR team. The role focuses on analyzing HR data from HRIS, ATS, and surveys, building dashboards to track turnover, retention, engagement, and diversity, and presenting insights to HR and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years in HR analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with BI tools, data visualization, and AI applications in analytics.
