Liverpool Based Company is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Job Responsibilities:

· Loading and unloading both package and bulk trucks.
· Stocking product.
· Repackaging product.
· Helping other departments as needed.
· Organizes the warehouse as instructed.
· Ensures inventory transactions and material receipts are done in an accurate, timely manner.
· Places stock into inventory locations in a timely manner.
· Perform routine warehouse duties.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly disposing of waste materials, sweeping floors, and removing the trash daily.
· Complies with all existing safety and material handling policies and procedures.
· Work with the Warehouse Manager on organizing the loading and uploading of the trucks.
· Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

Job Qualifications:

· Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Must perform duties consistently with minimum supervision.
· Demonstrated initiative.
· Must be a team player. Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, equipment, and supplies.
· Ability to read, sort, count, check, and verify numbers.
· Clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing.
· Strong organizational skills.

Experience:

Forklift operation experience required, at least 1 year experience. (Must have experience driving a standup fork truck)
2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
Yard Joc experience is a plus.
Previous shipping and/or receiving experience preferred.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED
