Most of our best reps didn't come from roofing. They came from retail, food service, real estate, the military, and a dozen other industries. What they had in common wasn't a resume it was the ability to talk to people, take rejection, and keep showing up. If you've never heard of storm restoration sales, that's fine. Almost nobody has. This is a real introduction to a career path that most people stumble into and then never leave.
