About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Dental Industry and Partnerships. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic growth within the dental ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing partnership strategies that enhance market expansion, strengthen industry relationships, and elevate the brand within the dental community. As a senior external ambassador, the VP will build trusted partnerships with various stakeholders, including associations, strategic technology partners, and key opinion leaders, to translate these relationships into high-impact programs and measurable business outcomes. The role also involves leading a team of dental professionals and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of sustained growth and industry influence. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 5 years' experience in dental or healthcare operations management, including partnership development and strategic alliances. A strong background in financial services client management or sales, with a focus on people leadership, is also required. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the dental and healthcare ecosystem, a strong understanding of consumer lending and financing products, and the ability to navigate the dental technology landscape.
