This position pays $16–$18 per hour and offers an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in manufacturing.In this role, you will assemble and package components for single-shot.22 firearms, verify serial numbers, prepare finished products for shipment, and help ensure products meet established quality standards.Candidates with previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or material-handling experience are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesAssemble firearm components and subassemblies according to established work instructionsPackage small parts and verify all required components are includedAccurately match serial numbers with corresponding labels and documentationPackage completed products and prepare them for shipmentTag and label products and components for tracking purposesPrepare boxes and packaging materials for productionHandle small parts carefully to prevent errors or misplaced componentsPerform basic visual quality checksFollow established safety, quality, and production proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workstationWork with team members to meet daily production goalsAssist in different assembly departments based on production needsQualificationsPrevious assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar experience preferredEntry-level candidates are encouraged to applyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable handling and organizing small partsAbility to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining qualityStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentMaterial-handling or inventory experience is a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
