CS/Sales Representative

The CS/Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in bridging customer service and sales functions to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP.
• Background in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Enter and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and comprehension.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Generate and qualify sales leads to support business growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
