Our Issaquah PT team is expanding! This is a rare opportunity as our group has very low staff turnover, so please reach out if interested!

Our fun, fast-paced clinic puts patients and therapists first, so we enjoy 40 minute, one-on-one appointments with our patients in an enormous, 8,000 sf clinical space. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician's work-life balance, so each therapist also receives 40 minutes of paid documentation time daily. We see a wide mix of patients from all walks of life - post-op athletes to weekend warriors to total joints. We work closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. The close proximity and relationship between PT and surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities as well as surgical observations.

In addition to the base salary, we offer a significant quarterly bonus that amounts to an extra $10,000-$20,000+ annually.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include, but are not limited to:

• Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician
• Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
• Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
• Ability to work in a fast paced outpatient orthopedic setting
• Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
• Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years' experience is preferred but not required our PTs love to mentor!
• Experience with post-operative PT preferred
• Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy
