Warehouse Administrator – Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Flexible Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of warehouse, inventory, and administrative responsibilities and is looking for a temp-to-hire position with potential for permanent placement.

What You'll Do

• Receive, store, organize, and issue parts and materials
• Transfer materials to manufacturing lines and other departments
• Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor inventory reports and investigate discrepancies
• Transport parts and materials between facilities using company vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Communicate with production, purchasing, and other internal departments
• Provide material-handling support as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and understand written English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to safely perform material-handling duties
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
