Responsibilities for this Operating Room RN position are dynamic and rewarding. You'll collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia professionals, provide compassionate perioperative care, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety from pre-op through post-op. Navigating a fast-paced environment, you’ll use your clinical judgment and adaptability to manage complex cases while continually building your surgical nursing skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RN license in California
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (travel experience preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Willingness to adapt to new workflows and electronic charting systems
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

• Deliver expert preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care
• Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Scrub or circulate as needed to support surgical teams
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
