Enterprise ArchitectGenesis10 is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect for a direct hire opportunity with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Camas, WA or Plano, TX.The Enterprise Architect will bring strong cross-domain expertise, strategic thinking, and executive presence. This is a strategic leadership role where you will work across domains to lead enterprise-wide architecture decisions for scalable data and AI modernization. Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Architecture and Standards, you will be a facilitator and diplomat who can influence CXO-level stakeholders while remaining deeply involved in execution. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.Responsibilities:Drive enterprise level architecture across multiple business domains, ensuring alignment with organizational strategyLead discussions with senior stakeholders and bring clarity to complex technical decisionsLead the standardization of metadata practices across domains, ensuring discoverability, lineage, and governanceDesign and evolve enterprise-level semantic data models, including logical and conceptual models, ontologies, and domain definitionsPartner with product, engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure data supports reporting, analytics, and AI use casesProvide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI modelsKnowledge of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) workflows and tools for deploying, managing, and monitoring AI models in productionActively participate in design, discussions, and delivery—not just governance—with hands on engagementReview AI-generated code to ensure it is accurate, efficient, and high qualityStay current on AI and data trends to help the organization evolveRequirements:15 years of experience in IT5 years of experience in:An Enterprise Architect roleAI and ML Architectures2 years of experience in:Data-focused AI toolsLeading Enterprise Architecture initiativesProficient in tools such as Purview, Unity catalog, Erwin, or other semantic/metadata platformsDeep experience with Microsoft Azure and their AI and data servicesExperience working with the Financial Services IndustryBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experiencePay range: $200,000 - $240,000 per yearIf you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
