Description

Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team! With a newly remodeled facility and our new general manager, Jonathan Brown, leading the store, this is an exciting time to get in and grow with a dealership that's building momentum. With excellent training, ongoing support from our Management Team, and as one of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin paying on both front and back end gross the Russ Darrow Group offers a sales environment where your effort truly pays off.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business
