Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor patients and perform routine assessments in a high-risk labor and delivery setting.
• Assist with C-sections and other procedures as necessary.
• Administer medications and IVs, including oxytocin, in compliance with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate health records in Meditech/CPN systems.
• Foster a team nursing approach, assisting colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to circulate C-sections.
• Experience with high-risk labor and delivery cases preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii telemetry systems.
