Recent Grads Welcome
Bilingual (Spanish) Strongly preferred
Family Practice NP or PA for home medical care
Patient advocates for community organizing and enrollment of at least one patient a day for 250 days
Development of a real local patient physician cooperative that is self sustaining
We have 15 specialty types that can cover 30 practices who are all in one PLL C
It is not an hourly job but it also is not a hospital so it is about a specific normal local population
We will meet the needs of the person and be better than they could do in private practice if they understand what we are doing and why and really want to be a part of the medical reform
The whole medical group earns bonuses and they get their share
Seeing all ages
If they are in a clinic it is about 16 but if they are in homes it is about 8 from our past experience
