Pride Health is hiring an RN-Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Corpus Christi,TX .

Responsabilties Include:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while completing thorough assessments and care documentation.
-Perform patient visits, monitor progress, and coordinate care plans with the healthcare team.
-Complete accurate OASIS assessments and maintain timely documentation using a home health EMR system.
- Travel throughout the assigned coverage area to provide quality patient care and support additional service areas as needed.

Qualifications:
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous Home Health Field RN experience required.
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation preferred.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.

Important Details:
Employment Type: Approximately 14-week contract
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule/Shift: Day Shift- 32 hours guaranteed
On-Call Requirement: Preferred one week of on-call coverage every six weeks.
Pay Range: $53-$57
