Job Purpose: As the Supplier Quality Engineer for Mechanical Commodity, you will lead quality activities, quality strategies and the relationships with key suppliers to ensure CNH quality standards are met. You will be the driver of supplier quality excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement for your supply base. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing plants, to improve quality of product and process.

Experience Required: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required - BSME, BSIE or BSTech. Or an associate degree in Mechanical, industrial, manufacturing with 10 years of relevant hydraulics experience. A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of manufacturing/quality control/design experience in Mechanical & Hydraulics components like pumps, motors, valves. Three (3) of the six (6) years of experience need to focus on: quality engineering, supplier quality engineering and/or quality management. Understanding and experience working with Advanced Quality Planning tools (design reviews, FMEAs, Contractual Control Plans, Inspection and Test plans, Gage R&R Studies, Capability Studies, SPC, 7-step or 8D corrective action process)

Pay Transparency: The annual salary for this role is $87,000 - $145,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
