FMLA & ADA Leave Specialist

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Leave Specialist to ensure compliant handling of leave and accommodation requests under FMLA, ADA, and state/local laws. You will work with Leave Manager, Total Rewards, Well-Being, General Counsel, and HR teams to deliver quality service to firm employees. The role focuses on processing leaves, maintaining records, guiding employees on policy, and producing timely reporting for staffing decisions.
