Physical Therapist

Position PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME Location: MAPLETON CARE, LAKEWOOD, CO Schedule: Flexible, full time (32 hours weekly) Pay: $36.00 – $50.00 hourly Responsibilities Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing an appropriate plan of care in compliance with regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including, but not limited to, manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the physical disorders. Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided in accordance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist. New graduates welcome. Ability to work as an integral part of an in‑house therapy team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the organization’s clinical standards.
