Breadbasket Manager Job Overview: The Breadbasket Manager supports all aspects of our restaurant‑style dining experience called the “Bread Basket”, including ordering, meal preparation, presentation, and service. Starting at $25 per hour. Benefits Full‑time employees eligible for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products. Prescription savings plans available. 401(k) with employer match. Pay available daily. Responsibilities Occasional mandatory travel required for training and development purposes. Order food following Bickford’s process, timely and cost‑effective. Ensure appropriate information is available to produce meals (e.g., production sheets, recipes, prep/pull sheets, weekly extension menus, week‑at‑a‑glance menus). Prepare meals following Bickford’s menus, processes, and expectations. Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and appropriately plated. Ensure Bickford’s process is followed during meal service. Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their dining experience. Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide. Use residents’ Meal Order Information form to track physician‑ordered diets, allergies, and preferences. Maintain food service records in accordance with regulatory requirements and Bickford’s policies. Store food in accordance with regulatory requirements and Bickford’s policies. Complete the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule. Ensure the kitchen and dining room meet regulatory requirements and Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness. Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment leaders to provide appropriate food/refreshments for tours and events. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. Willingness to undertake additional training or education required by specific states. ServSafe, CPR, and First Aid certifications required. Valid driver’s license and a driving record consistent with Bickford’s insurance guidelines. Ability to handle multiple priorities, with strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time‑management skills, and good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
