Responsibilities Deliver an unparalleled guest experience with a combination of food, drinks and games. Enter orders into Micros quickly and accurately. Adhere to sanitation procedures and food garnishing guidelines. Operate credit card machines and handle cash accurately. Follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior. Greet newly seated guests in a timely manner and maintain a thorough understanding of menu items. Prepare and serve food and drinks, replenish supplies and maintain station cleanliness. Assist in party set up and breakdown, bussing, resetting tables and assisting other team members. Participate in sales incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to guest needs promptly. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious climate. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read and communicate in English. Demonstrated ability to operate Micros, make changes, conduct accurate credit card transactions and account for monies at the end of each shift. Excellent communication skills with guests and team members. Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required. Physical demands: lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk 100% of shift, reach, bend and stoop frequently; work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment.
