HH Staffing Services
Responsibilities Processing applicants and leasing available apartments to ensure the highest occupancy at all times. Draw up legal documentation for new leases. Service residents to provide number one outstanding customer service. Entering and managing service requests into computer software. Renewing existing leases and staying aware of all current and new Fair Housing laws and regulations. Ensuring property tour route conditions are impeccable for showings of vacant apartments. Ensuring our marketing materials are competitive and up to date. Using management software to enter information and pull various reports. Conducting competition studies, assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs. Promoting positive relationships with residents through an on-going resident retention program. Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Supervisors. #J-18808-Ljbffr HH Staffing Services
