Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 32/week
Setting: Outpatient hospice, patient homes and facilities
Requirements: MA RN license and hospice RN experience
Visits: 4–5 visits/day
Travel: 30–50 miles/day expected
Notes: No local travelers within 50 miles; BILH coversheet, RTO, and interview availability required at submission
