Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OHHours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMPrimary ResponsibilitiesEnter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member/patient dataContact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices as a liaison for the pharmacy teamCommunicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providersContact patients to complete refill assessments, request payment information, establish delivery details, and set up treatment in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite and/or other outpatient facilitiesAccess, input, and retrieve prescriptions and medical/lab information from computer systemVerify whether medication is reimbursable, and resolve rejected claimsProcess prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapiesResolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is providedAble to multitask and channel communication from various business partners, driving patient centric quality careFollow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethicsWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment.
