Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles, answering questions, and providing an outstanding experience. Develop in‑depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and services. Deliver tailored sales presentations that highlight key product features and benefits. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through networking and relationship building. Conduct follow‑up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Create and perform professional vehicle demonstrations. Keep Sales Managers informed on appointments, goals, and customer progress. Maintain a positive, goal‑driven attitude every day. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, well‑groomed appearance and hygiene. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
