This position combines advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical business decisions that shape JLL's market leadership. You'll work directly with senior leadership teams, providing insights that influence investment strategies, operational efficiency, and client solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise while contributing to JLL's mission of reimagining the world of real estate to create a better world for our clients, our people, and our communities.What your day-to-day will look like:Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards that inform strategic decision-making across business linesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities, gaps, and financial risksSupport cost-savings and process improvement initiativesLead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates for assigned portfoliosOversee accounts receivable maintenance and research, focusing on items over 30 days past due to meet AR objectives and metricsPartner with senior leadership to prepare board presentations, investor materials, and client reporting packagesComplete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrityMentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas; experience with financial systems preferred but not required (E1/JDE, PeopleSoft Financials, Corrigo)High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problemsProven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate environmentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to senior executivesDetail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications:MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification demonstrating commitment to financial excellencePrevious experience in commercial real estate, REIT operations, or real estate investment managementProficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence platformsKnowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards, particularly as they relate to real estateExperience with debt and equity financing structures, including construction loans, permanent financing, and joint venture arrangementsFamiliarity with property management systems and lease administration processesProject management experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvementsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
