Director, Product Management – Servicer Integration

Lead the Servicer Integration team within the Personal Loans business, partnering with domain owners, vendor counterparts, and engineering teams to transform servicing integration requirements into operational solutions and mentor associates toward success.

Responsibilities

• Outstanding record in product management for large‑scale system migrations, vendor integration, and complex servicing operations.
• Own the integration lifecycle: feasibility, business rules, requirements, back‑office design, mandatory operational validation and cut‑over.
• Implement project‑management methodology ensuring documentation, control design, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Product, Process, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance for compliant integration.
• Influence stakeholders and third‑party vendors toward shared integration goals.
• Deliver transparency on integration status, risks, performance, and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products (preferred).
