Behavioral Observation Specialist — High-Risk Care

Tucson Medical Center

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Behavioral Observer for high-risk patients. You will provide one-to-one observation and rounding as appropriate, ensuring patient safety and environmental security. You will notify the RN of distress signals and work within the care team to maintain a therapeutic setting. Required education includes a High School diploma or GED. BLS certification is mandatory, and the role emphasizes rapport with patients, families, and staff while implementing de-escalation #J-18808-Ljbffr Tucson Medical Center
