• Mon - Thu 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Fri 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
• Avg 12 - 13 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Aide support available
• Adult and geriatric focus -- some adolescent athletes seen
• Temp-to-perm option available
