You will be a part of a team building the World's Best Knowledge Access Platform. Our core technology consists of our knowledge graph-based expert search engine, global knowledge marketplace, automated expert outreach platform, and full-spectrum client support system.

About the Role

We're looking for a data engineer with a focus on analytics and optimization to inform our business and technology decisions. You'll be working on projects to analyze & optimize the performance of our platforms as well as work on an automated A/B testing framework with giant data sets (with insights being able to have a huge impact on the rest of our company).

What you'll be doing:

• Build reliable data pipelines to clean, aggregate, transform, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and optimize our processes based on the findings.
• Distill information into salient points to deliver to key internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or data engineering
• Strong software development skills and highly proficient with Python
• Experience analyzing big data to create data visualizations to present key findings
• Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study
• Experience working with Pandas Data Frames and Numpy Arrays

Nice to Haves

• Strong SQL experience, preferably in BigQuery
• Experience working with a major Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably GCP
• Experience in NLP or Text Mining is a big plus
