Quality Assurance Lead, Human Services & Compliance

Charles River Center

Charles River Center in Needham, MA is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee QA standards across programs for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will ensure compliance with DDS, MassHealth, CARF and other accrediting bodies, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role provides leadership, guidance, and training support to staff, monitors program performance, and acts as liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality, compliant #J-18808-Ljbffr Charles River Center
