General Information Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds 4 rooms, 1 patient per room
• Number of Staff 22, consisting of RNs and Techs
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift
• Night Shift On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total
• Patient Ratios 1:1
• Type of equipment all GE rooms
• EMR Meditech and MacLab

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS, ACLS, ARRT
• Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• RCIS
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Cardiac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing
• Best personality Fit: Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced
• On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit
• Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Red & gray in Cath & EP Labs (can use unit scrubs)
