Shukette, a high-energy, perennially busy restaurant in West Chelsea, is hiring a full-time LINE COOK with hot line experience. This position is evenings only. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef and Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja, whose vibrant Eastern Mediterranean cuisine and warm, gracious approach to hospitality have earned her the 2025 IACP Trailblazer Award and multiple James Beard Award nominations, including being named a finalist for "Best Chef: New York State" in 2022 and again this year, 2026.
Here, we're building something joyful, flavorful, and deeply rooted in connection — a place where the energy is real, the food is bold, and the experience is meant to feel like a warm welcome. Our menus are rooted in responsibly and locally sourced ingredients, with a strong focus on seasonality. Chef Ayesha brings a dynamic take on her favorite dishes, inspired by her extensive travels and culinary perspective. Members of our culinary team work directly with seasonal products and traditional techniques to bring these bold, vibrant flavors to life.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
- Mastery of classic cooking techniques with grill and sauté experience.
