Registered Nurse - Med Surge, Nights

This is a 13-week contract position.

Three 12-hour night shifts per week.

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg is responsible for providing integrated, holistic, professional nursing services to patients in coordination with other healthcare team members. This role emphasizes safe, efficient, and caring nursing services that prioritize the health needs of individuals. The RN will provide nursing care that promotes education and active participation from patients and their families, enabling them to achieve and maintain optimum health. Professional nursing practice will meet and exceed the standards outlined by Montana's state and the national Nurse Practice Acts. The majority of patients will be adults, with occasional pediatric cases.

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients on the Med Surg unit.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient treatment.
• Engage and educate patients and families to foster participation in their care.
• Maintain professionalism and adheres to nursing practice standards.

• Graduate nurse from an accredited nursing college.
• Current Montana RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
