We are seeking candidates for welder roles. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $20.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What You Will Do As A Welder: Read, interpret, and visualize blueprints, sketches, and work instructions to ensure accurate production Manufacture high-quality parts according to patterns, documentation, and production expectations Inspect parts using basic measuring and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, height gauges) to verify quality and adherence to specifications Produce consistent, high-quality welds using pre-set welding parameters Adapt to changing production demands and priorities while maintaining efficiency and accuracy Identify equipment or welding-related issues and report concerns to the appropriate personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following standard housekeeping procedures Use computer software to clock in/out, track job assignments, and verify production counts What You Need To Be A Welder: High school diploma or GED Must achieve a minimum score of 80% on required welding excellence assessments, including: welding tools/consumables, weld defects, and welding department Basic welding knowledge and experience working with welding equipment and tools Ability to understand, follow, and communicate routine verbal and written instructions Strong ability to work cooperatively and maintain productive working relationships with team members Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Basic proficiency using a computer for time tracking and job reporting Don't miss out on a great opportunity...
