Thomas Printworks is looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be an organized multitasker who can communicate professionally and effectively with customers. This Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, in-person position based in our Phoenix, AZ location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales throughout the print production process.
• Review incoming job specifications and determine the most efficient and cost-effective production approach.
• Create detailed job tickets outlining materials, production plans, timelines, and pricing.
• Coordinate with production, prepress, mailing, and shipping teams to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Monitor projects throughout each stage of production to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Communicate job status updates, including proofs, approvals, revisions, due dates, and delivery details.
• Work with customers and internal teams to adjust timelines when necessary based on production capacity and customer requirements.
• Prepare final billing documentation and ensure all charges are accurately recorded.
• Make timely, informed decisions to keep projects moving efficiently and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous print industry experience preferred.
• Experience in print coordination, production planning, or project management.
• Working knowledge of print production processes, materials, and estimating.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
