About the Role

Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a mental health or business field, with a preference for an MBA or MHA with a concentration in healthcare management. A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical services, supervision, and administration is required, along with certification as a Behavioral Health Care Executive and/or Health Care Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership within the healthcare or behavioral health sector, and possess strong skills in project and team management, communication, and organizational abilities. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and is adept at building and maintaining referral networks.
