Firewall Centers is seeking an organized, energetic, and mission-driven Site Supervisor to lead one of our afterschool programs. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage daily site operations, support and coach a team, and help create a safe, fun, and structured environment where students can succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of part-time mentors.
• Oversee daily program operations, curriculum, and enrichment activities.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and school partners.
• Promote a positive, high-energy culture aligned with Firewall’s mission.
• Ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance with program standards.
• Coach students through goal-setting, academic challenges, and personal growth.
• Track progress and provide accountability, encouragement, and support.
• Partner with families, teachers, and staff to ensure students receive strong, consistent support.

• Lead groups and lessons focused on leadership, stress management, and life skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Experience working with children (Grades range from K-12th depending on school) .
