Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 / year

Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Four 10-hour days)

The Opportunity Looking to build a team from the ground up? We need a urgent, growth-minded Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our second shift. You’ll hire, train, and develop your own team with the support of an experienced Lead Associate—all while enjoying a permanent 3-day weekend.

What You Need to Apply

• Industry Experience: Experience in pipe fittings, valves, and flanges is highly preferred.

• Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse management/supervision.

• Skills: Proven track record with safety, OSHA compliance, inventory control, and ERP/WMS systems.

• Manage daily safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
As the leader of this shift, you'll play a key role in building the team from the
ground up-hiring, training, and developing Warehouse Associates with the help of
an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate. The Managers hours will be Monday
through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM, offering four 10-hour workdays and
a three-day weekend . It's a great opportunity to shape a high-performing team
while helping grow our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
 Manage warehouse safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost control
 Plan labor needs and adjust staffing based on demand
 Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
 Oversee inventory processes and drive improvements
 Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
 Investigate issues and implement corrective actions
 Track and achieve key performance metrics

The essential functions of this role include:
