As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate physical, medical, emotional, and spiritual care to our residents. About the Role: As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your duties will include:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing basic nursing care, including vital sign checks and reporting changes to licensed nurses
- Assisting with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current STNA certification
