Remote Organic Social Media Strategist - 3-Month Contract

Social Media Specialist Remote, during business hours 3 Months Organic Social Media Specialist The Organic Social Media Specialist will own and execute the company's organic social media strategy across key platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, with future expansion into Reddit. This role is focused on building brand awareness, growing engagement, and supporting their B2B audiences through strategic, creative storytelling and proactive social media management. This individual will collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and strategize content, review creative assets, manage publishing schedules, and oversee reporting and performance optimization. Content will support a diverse audience of associates, customers, and prospective restaurant owner/operators through a mix of inspirational, educational, testimonial, recipe, and product-focused posts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend‑savvy, and proactive, with a strong understanding of organic social best practices and platform trends. They should be comfortable owning the channel strategy, managing content calendars, analyzing results, and partnering with campaign managers to align social initiatives with broader marketing goals. Qualifications include: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or similar 5+ years of organic social media experience for a B2B and/or B2C brand Experience managing and growing social channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting and optimization, through Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop social content strategies that support/enhance marketing campaign calendar Familiarity with social media management and project management tools Ability to stay current on emerging trends, platform updates and audience behaviors The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
