We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Coordinator to support our accounting and procurement operations. In this role, you’ll handle data entry, vendor management, invoice review, and inventory tracking while ensuring accuracy across financial systems.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage Purchase Orders using Coupa
• Set up and maintain vendor records in SAP
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and tax applicability
• Enter and track inventory and material usage data
• Prepare monthly journal entries for inventory usage
• Support procurement activities, including ordering supplies and materials
• Assist with CapEx tracking and reporting
• Participate in physical inventory counts
• Help with month-end close and other accounting tasks
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid data entry and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (Associate’s Degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support
• Experience with SAP or Coupa is a plus (training provided)
