Someone who is accountable, reliable, highly organized, focused, and thrives under pressure. This is a FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON ROLE, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

As a Case Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases
• Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents
• Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
• Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system
• Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution
